How to do Plate Rotations Right Left Middle.

I'm coach Cal. I train David Taylor. I'm in the garage, can show you a plate rotation, right, left and middle. Start up with the plate arms out straight and kind of turn to the left. Notice my head follows are measured back to the center. More to the right. Come back to center. Notice. I'm not swinging it. I'm engaging the core actively. Each movement. So core rotation right left.
