Ingredients
•4 ounces grass-fed sirloin steak
•The Treigning Lab’s Steak Rub
•1 large sweet potato, peeled
•1 tablespoons of oil (or coconut oil)
•½ teaspoon salt
•1 teaspoon cinnamon
•¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
Steak
- Heat a greased skillet on medium high heat.
- Season the steak with The Treigning Lab’s Steak Rub, making sure to massage the rub into the meat. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook until the steak shines (Approximately 3-4 minutes on each side).
Sweet Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Peel the sweet potato and cube into bite- size pieces.
- In a small bowl combine sweet potato cubes, oil, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Spread the coated sweet potato cubes on a sheet pan and cook for 25- 30 mins. (The cubes should be tender, but not mushy)
