How to do 2 Leg Plyo Jump with Ball

Are two leg box jump with the medicine ball. What I love about this one. It helps my explosion. I like using 40 pounds 'cause I'd be. I'd like to get a little extreme but I like to keep the ball nice and tight. Alot of people like to drop the ball and try to jump up. That's not what we want to do because you risk the part of getting injured. We want to lock it in tight to our test and keep everything tight from here. I don't just hit a little squat and jump up, I want to drop down like our normal squad. Now I really want to accelerate and get my feet up from here. I don't want to jump back down and risk injury again. I'm stepping back down. OK, take your time, the explosion is little more here. We explode up, OK, take your time going back down see how the balls tight I don't want to drop it like this and try to jump.
