How to do HIIT Threshold Burpees

This exercise we're back on our head, but we're going to use our burpees to get that heart rate elevated. But again, we're going to slow it down in the beginning and pick it up as we go and the beginning. We want to make sure we're doing proper technique. We're going to squat down, not just fall down. We're going to squat to touch your hands, kick our feet down in a push up position, leapfrog it, jump up back down down, staying nice. Active now I can start picking it up nice and slow down. We're going here. We got 5. 2. Fuck. And there's our hit incorporated with the Burpee.
