How to do Dips

Getting into our dips. OK, our dips are similar, like the pull-ups. We don't want to use a lot of momentum and take away from what we're really trying to execute. Witches, shoulders and triceps and chest area. OK, all upper body. So as I go to kick up, I want to stop all momentum before I go down. OK, now I'm at a solid foundation here where I'm not swinging too much. Dropping it down my head goes up, not down 'cause you're going to hurt your shoulders. Keep your head up and now I'm stuck here to a solid push with just my triceps, chest and shoulders. Again, dropping down. Bring it up, stop the momentum down, stayed in control bringing it up my head five in a row. Last one five, making sure everything stayed tight, not giving your back out and making sure everything is solid.
