How to do Side Step Lunges

OK guys, we're doing great. We're moving on to the sidestep lunges OK, this one. We don't need a lot of weight on. We don't want to start pulling, are growing or get two over on one side and not be able to kick it back up. OK so lighten the load on this one where you're able to control it. Pop it up, bring it behind your head if you don't have a rack to secure it and bring it off OK from here. OK, we start with our feet together. We're going to cheat to one side that way when we take this step. OK I'm gonna cheat a little more so you can see. Take this step, I'm here. I'm going to take my chest down to my knee OK. Still keeping everything straight as I come back up again. Same side. Take a step, lunge into it, straighten this leg so it's fully straighten your filling. The stretch right on the inner side of that drone. It working on the other side. Again we want to stay facing forward, taking a step and stretching all through here where it's forcing me to pull it right back. OK, long deep step stretch. Bring it back step and stretch. Bring it back and that's our sidestep lunch.
