How to do Single Leg Lunge with Bar with Press

I'm coach cow train David Taylor. I'm here in the garage. This exercise is called a single leg lunge with the press. It's tough exercise, and it has two opposing motions. First thing I do is grips the bit over shoulder width, bring it up good form and up. No kind of lunge. Right leg and press. Back left leg trips. Right leg press. The flag. Press.
