Alternating rotational lunch. One of my favourites. This is going to be able to build our core nice and tight. Be able to get that rotation and keeping everything tight as we do it. OK as we lock our arms out as I take this step I want to turn the opposite way rotate up. Keeping everything tight, everything's solid. Looking returning looking returning one more.
