Our next exercise is one of my favorite is the handcycle are the reason why this is one of my favorite 'cause it engages the whole body unless you like to cheat OK and what I mean by cheating is a lot of people sometimes like to bring their legs up and just use their arms to rotate the handcycle are what I like to do on the way you're supposed to do it is engage your core and make everything from the middle work for you. So get out on a plate, put your feet together, get your chest right overhand cycler. Well, looking up and we're just going to start rotating OK, you're going to fill that little bounce and you guys start filling the corburn and your body start to give out. OK, don't start to teach yourself and get wide. Alright keep yourself nice solid until the remainder of the time it's finished and you will be able to get a whole workout fully engaged.
