Hey everyone, our first workout is going to be a warm up. OK, First things first we gotta get the body nice and warm so we're going to start with their hands low and slowly start bringing our knees and running them. Place right here now as you start to feel warm we're going to start taking our hands higher and start adding a little more speed until you can bring it up about chest level or mid range.
