Bring it back up. Now we're going to do it as we step midrange drop down, everything's tight. Keep your core tight. Don't let your core give out as you start to come down. It's going to want to. You gotta squeeze in tight and look straight ahead. OK, the more you start to let your eyes wander, the more I start getting more off balance. OK, stare at a point straight ahead of you. Focus in step and drop step and drop and that's our linear lunch.
