How to do TBar Rows

OK, getting into our T bar row. There's a couple things we could do. We get a barbell and we put some weight on one end and if you have something to put on the other end, we secure it there. OK, I'm fortunate to have a little handle, but we can also use a towel if need be. I'm going to use my handle 'cause I like the shorter grip. OK. From here we're going to get right under it. OK, but those down head goes up and then from here I'm just going to pull everything tight again, everything pinches. In my back when I go to pool, I really want to pull with my shoulders in my scalp and just squeeze at the back. OK, so as I go to squeeze from here, bring it up, squeezing and pulling, give it a second down. Full head dumb. Never looking down. I don't want to hurt the hurricane and jerk it up. OK, after Hurricane and jerking then it's too much weight. Go down in weight but keeping everything tight lower back Stites not moving as I go tomorrow. And that's our team. Bora emphasized.
