First Make sure you have your heart rate monitor.
Download the App
Select Free Trial
In Settings, click Share with Trainer
Enter code: PENNST
Download the Treigning Lab App.

Uncheck Labs

This will give you a temporary Free Trial.

Share with Trainer

In the settings tab, click share with Trainer.

Enter: Pennst

This is your private school code, do not share this code with anyone else.
